Habitat; not as much tree areas.North of the treeline.In the tundra of nunvut and the north west territories. WATER goes to river or drinks for the food. NUTRIENTS AND ENERGY. Gets energy from sleep and food gets nutrients from food.
REPRODUCE April and May they reproduce, that's the months the leverets are born. They also reproduce in the early spring.The mom gives birth to 5 leverets.
RESPOND TO ENVIRONMENT they have very thick fur to keep them warm in the snow. Their white fur is good for camouflage. In the summer their fur changes to a blue-grey colour.
